Call for Poster Presentation Proposals

The North Carolina Industrial & Organizational Psychologists (NCIOP) invites practitioners, researchers, faculty, and students to submit poster proposals for the 2026 NCIOP Fall Conference, taking place on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Center for Creative Leadership (1 Leadership Place, Greensboro, NC 27410).

NCIOP is dedicated to supporting both current and aspiring I/O psychologists across North Carolina. Our mission is to foster professional growth through opportunities for education, networking, and collaboration. The NCIOP Fall Conference serves our professional community by bringing together researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas, showcase innovative work, and strengthen connections across the field.

As in previous years, the conference will feature keynote speakers and networking opportunities throughout the day. New this year, NCIOP is pleased to introduce a poster session highlighting research and professional projects from across North Carolina. We encourage submissions from practitioners, researchers, faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students whose work is relevant to Industrial and Organizational Psychology or closely related disciplines.

Poster presentations do not need to focus exclusively on I/O psychology. However, submissions should be grounded in theory, professional practice, or empirical research and should be relevant to both academic and professional audiences.
