NCIOP Sponsorship Tiers
- Community/In-Kind Sponsor. Sponsors can contribute in-kind (e.g., meeting space, food/beverage, products, services, books) at events.
Sponsor receives:
- Sponsor recognition on the event flyer. Flyer will be promoted across our social media channels, website, and listserv.
- Happy Hour Sponsor — $250
Sponsor receives:
- Sponsor recognition on the event flyer. Flyer will be promoted across our social media channels, website, and listserv.
- Verbal recognition/thank-you at the event
- Panel Event / Job Talk Sponsor — $500
Sponsor receives:
- Everything in the Happy Hour tier (flyer, social media, website, listserv promotion)
- On-site space to display swag, promotional materials, or giveaways
- Opportunity to briefly address attendees (e.g., 2–3 minute intro or company spotlight)
- Logo placement on any event materials or slides
